Our restaurant is open for both hotel guests and passers-by on:

Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Luc Creusen will spoil you with both regional and French oriented dishes. All made with as many products as possible from our own region and accompanied with local wines from the Limburg hills.

We Limburgers are a proud people. That is why we work in our restaurant with, among others, these delicious and honest toppers from the region:

Domein Steenberg - Our own country wines and other delicacies from Epen. tastiest and from Mechelen. Pure Aroma - Organic herbs and flowers from Margraten. Kuusj Pig - Free-range pig from the Kuusjes herd in Mechelen. Butcher shop Kusters - Blanc Bleu Belge beef - Animal friendliness has the highest priority at supplier Kusters. Their cattle live completely stress-free, resulting in an exceptional tenderness of the meat.Bakery Vermeeren - Vlaaien from Slenaken. Simply because they are the tastiest Limburg pies in the region.
